Employees are eligible to participate in the plan on the first of the month following the date of hire. The Plan allows you to reduce your taxable base compensation by up to 100% the annual IRS limit through payroll deductions on a pre-tax basis. The company's matching contribution enables your savings to grow. Twenty investment options are offered through the American Funds Group.
Group medical insurance is offered through CIGNA Healthcare (except for employees in Hawaii who are under the Kaiser plan). WYLE Information Systems Group offers two options under the CIGNA Healthcare. Medical, dental and vision insurance becomes effective on your date of hire.
Participants in the CIGNA Healthcare medical plan are automatically participants in the prescription drug program. A mail order program is available that provides substantial savings to employees.
Group dental insurance is offered through the CIGNA Healthcare. WYLE Information Systems Group pays the majority of the premium for all regular, full-time employees and their eligible dependents.
Vision insurance is offered through Vision Service Plan (VSP).* Utilizing VSP member doctors provides a variety of benefits including eye exam and discounted products. We offer a basic plan, and a vision buy up plan offering substantially enhanced benefits.
Short-term disability benefits are effective on your date of hire. We pay 100% of the premium for short-term disability insurance for all regular, full-time employees.
Long-term disability benefits are effective the first of the month following the date of hire. WYLE Information Systems Group pays 100% of the premium for long-term disability insurance for all regular, full-time employees.
WYLE Information Systems Group pays 100% of the premium for one times salary of life insurance and of accidental death and dismemberment for regular, full-time employees.
We provide an employee assistance program through CIGNA Healthcare.
This voluntary life insurance program allows employees to purchase additional life insurance for themselves, spouses, and dependent children.
Employees may contribute to a Health Care and/or a Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account. Contributions are made through payroll deductions on a pre-tax basis.
Regular, full-time employees accrue 18 days of universal leave each calendar year. Paid universal leave is accrued at the rate of 6.00 hours per pay period for 1 to 5 years of service. After 5 years, paid leave is accrued at the rate of 7.00 hours per pay period (21 days per year). After 10 plus years, paid leave is accrued at a rate of 8.00 hours per pay period (24 days per year). Employees may roll over balances up to 320 hours each calendar year.
WYLE Information Systems Group encourages all employees to continue their education. If an employee wishes to study job-related courses, We will prepay 100% of the tuition, registration, books, and lab fees.
We will pay a portion of the cost of a PC and allow you to finance the balance of the purchase at 0% interest for 1 year.

Referral/recruitment bonuses of $500 or $1,000 to employees who refer a full-time hire to us. The new hire must work for the company for 90 days or more for the bonus to be paid.
